-When you make an appointment, we reserve the time especially for your services.
-We will send out a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment.
-Please remember it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.
Cancellations
-We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments.
-We do understand that emergencies occur. We just ask for your consideration as we work on a commission basis.
Missed Appointments/ Late Arrivals
- Failure to cancel an appointment and "no show" more than once, we will require a credit card prior to the new appointment booking.
-We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a client is 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time or day.
